OAEM Student Engagement Committee (SEC)


The SEC supports an emerging workforce in the rapidly growing field of emergency management and business continuity; a unique profession that spans multi-disciplines, multi-sectors and multi-generations! Get involved, interact and connect. The SEC is comprised of emergency management and business continuity student and professional members. The OAEM SEC integrates EM/BCP students, next generation leaders and professionals to create an immersive learning and mentorship experience. Interested in joining the SEC?   • widely recognized municipal accreditation with legal status
  • builds on both existing employment experience and education
  • four progressive levels to allow updates of further achievements
  • provides ongoing personal guidance to advance through the program
